As Managing Director of Fletcher Moorland, I have overall responsibility for the running and performance of the business. I have been involved in the business since I was 9 years old and started off on Saturdays sweeping the factory floors. In the past 30 years I have worked in all the company departments, I’m a degree qualified electrical and electronic engineer, have a have a passion for engineering and problem solving. My day-to-day role is promoting the company and looking for new areas to expand the business.
At home I have two small children, an ageing labrador and eight chickens to keep me busy. I love to travel, cook, watch rugby (knees and shoulders don’t allow playing anymore), shooting and I really enjoy sitting down with either a beer, red wine or a whisky.
