Diane Mansell

Operations Director – My role is to grow the business, increase profitability and provide job security. I am a ‘key’ decision maker in the company and I am involved all aspects of the business from sales & customer service, human resource, finance/accounts, budgets, cash-flow projections, production, job costing, R&D, purchasing and H&S.

I have over 27 years of “hands on” management experience and I am fortunate to have held in my previous employment, positions such as Production Manager, Human Resource Manager and Quality Control Manager. These roles have given me the experience and confidence to allow me to pass my knowledge on to members of the Fletcher Moorland team.

I particularly enjoy the HR part of my role and I am actively involved in looking for new talent to join Fletcher Moorland. We will shortly be promoting a business strategy to recruit ‘Leaders of the Future’. If you would like more information please contact me via my email address.

I have two sons; Joe aged 19 and Dan aged 18 who are now both working at Fletcher Moorland.

I also have two dogs; Billie and Alfie, I love taking them for long walks and stopping off at a few pubs
